Work 4 U in Australia ^TM is owned and run by an Australian resident company based in Caboolture, half an hour's drive north of the Queensland capital city of Brisbane. Caboolture is situated at the southern end of the Sunshine Coast which features some of the best white, sandy beaches in the world lapped by the great Pacific Ocean.

Work 4 U in Australia ^TM has forged an association with an Indonesian company based in Jakarta whose role it is to find workers exactly suited to the needs of our Australian clients. Through them, we have access to a phenomenal 75 different roles and staffing solutions on offer.

Our Indonesian associate currently recruits Indonesian workers, skilled and unskilled into greater Asia, the Saudis and the Emirates. For some reason, until Work 4 U in Australia ^TM was founded, Australian employers had not thought of Indonesia!

We provide a simple and convenient way for Indonesian people to find the right job and ensure a financially secure future for their families; and by combining innovative technology with customer-focused solutions, we deliver quality outcomes for Australian employers.

In Australia, we take instructions on what employers need and relay those to our Indonesian associates whose 10 strong staff recruit appropriately qualified workers from universities, trade schools, the trades, the hospitality industry, the meat processing industry, factories, business, the professions, whatever is required.

The Indonesian paper work, clearances, police checks, English language proficiency tests and visa are completed and/or arranged by our Indonesian associates; the Australian paperwork by ourselves. In the name of transparency, both Australian employers and workers are well versed in their obligations and rights prior to the signing of employment contracts.

Delivery of the employees to Australia is arranged and supervised by us and, if necessary, so is transportation to the worksite from the nearest capital city airport. Before release into our community, workers are briefed on such things as Australian laws and customs and their rights and obligations as contractors with long stay temporary visas 457; and medical insurance is arranged, in accordance with Australian law, to cover the workers for "free" hospital cover, abrogating employers from responsibility to look after employees who suffer injury or poor health, not covered by workers compensation insurance.
