Testimonials
We were recently in Indonesia to look into importing Indonesian marble. In the international hotel we chose there was marble everywhere, columns, benchtops, floor tiles, wall tiles. Absolutely beautiful. More to the point, we were extremely impressed by the quality workmanship of fitters, polishers, tilers. That' our business!

In the office, there is a youngish computer expert from Indonesia working among about 60 very busy emloyees in administering our extensive loan book. He stands out as a person and employee; he's happy, never shirks at mucking in overtime if the need arises, works like a trojan and gets on with everybody. I am confident in saying that Indonesians make great employees.

My company musters cattle in the far north using helicopters. Up there, there are quite a number of Indonesians working as stockmen, from what I have been told. In the same breath, they rave about how good they are as workers.

It's probably a bit unusual for the CEO of the company which owns the website to provide testimonials, but what the hell! In October 2007, I employed Indonesian born but long-term Australian resident, Djonny Suparman, as general manager of Work 4 U in Australia. Among other things, Djonny had previously been employed by Collins Foods (Sizzlers, Pizza Hut,etc) to manage the establishment of fast food outlets in Indonesia . I thought that he would be very good in the management role because it required somebody who could speak both English and Indonesian and who could advise on reconciling the two cultures in the lives of Indonesian workers in Australia.
I wasn't wrong. In just two months, Djonny had provided 2,000 pages of statistics and other data from which we were able to compile a very detailed business plan and budget going out 5 years. He sought out and selected our Indonesian associates, P.T. Yanbu Al-Bahar Recruitment, and chaired week-long negotiations which led to the signing of an exclusive contract between us and a detailed "go forward" procedural plan.
I knew that Indonesian workers were reputed to be skilled, loyal and very productive. In Djonny this has been confirmed. In 40 years, I have not seen somebody work so hard, or smart......and more importantly, so productively.
